Edison and Ford Winter Estates to Remain Open During Larchmont Avenue Construction
FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 23, 2025) — Road construction for the repair and replacement of Larchmont Avenue, next to Edison and Ford Winter Estates will begin soon. The project is scheduled to begin in late April and be substantially completed by mid-November. The City of Fort Myers will also be replacing sewer and water lines and doing other work in the immediate area. The Estates and the Garden Shoppe will remain open during the road construction; however, Larchmont Avenue will be closed.
During the road construction, Estates’ visitors may enter through the main entrance on McGregor Boulevard or through the rear (east) entrance from Monte Vista Street. For tour times or to purchase tickets, visit EdisonFord.org.
