Annual Fall Festival at Edison and Ford Winter Estates
FORT MYERS, Fla. (September 1, 2026) — On October 31, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Edison and Ford Winter Estates will celebrate fall with it’s fifth annual Fall Festival. This family-friendly event will include an artisan market with craft and food vendors, food trucks, music, and several fun activities for children. The event is sponsored by the Florida Nursery, Growers & Landscape Association; Gator Bounce Rentals; HCA Florida; and Renewal by Andersen.

Children participate in the pumpkin patch and pumpkin painting contest during the Fall Festival at Edison and Ford Winter Estates.
Activities include an inflatable obstacle course, a build-a-bear teddy bear shop, pumpkin patch, face painting, inflatable axe throwing, and the banyan tree climb. A large selection of pumpkins will be available for purchase, and participants will have the option to paint the pumpkins and enter them into a contest (paint will be provided).
Visitors may also stroll through the scarecrow walk with up to 20 scarecrows created by local area school children. The scarecrows will be on display near the banyan tree through November 8.
Families are invited to wear family-friendly Halloween costumes to the event, and candy will be provided to children while supplies last. There is no charge to stroll around the craft vendor booths and listen to music; however, there is a fee to participate in each activity and visitors are encouraged to bring cash. The popular banyan tree climb will be open to adults and children. Admission to the museum, laboratory and riverside of the property requires a separate ticket.
