Join us as science and history come alive in our “living laboratory!” No experience is necessary to participate in these fun and fast-moving S.T.E.A.M. (science technology, engineering, art, and math) camps. For students currently in grades K-5, unless otherwise noted. Campers must bring lunches, and snacks if desired. Beginning Coding (K-2) / Crazy Code (3-5) - SOLD OUT (WAIT LIST ONLY)

August 3 - 7, 2026

Grades K-2 will learn basic coding through various fun team activities and computer programs! Grades 3-5 will learn about Scratch coding as well as demonstrations on other coding languages.

Wizards of Electricity Day Camp

September 2

History and electronics collide as campers learn about major electrical innovations and how to connect a circuit. This day camp will focus on series and parallel circuits with a collection of hands-on activities. Registration coming soon.

Spooky Science Day Camp

October 19

A spooky tradition at the Edison Ford, campers learn the tricks of the mad scientist trade as they make glowing lava lamps and ghost slime! Registration coming soon.

Animation in Action School Break Camp

November 23 - 25

This animation camp mixes hand drawn animation with digital artwork. Campers learn how to use editing software to make their artistic creations come to life. Registration coming soon.

RC Builders School Break Camp

December 21 - 23

Using Lego technics and remote-control campers get their creations in motion. This camp covers simple machines, mechanical concepts, and innovation as campers design, test, and improve their custom RC cars. Registration coming soon.

Rocket Science School Break Camp

December 28 - 30

Blast off in this fun camp focused on aeronautics. Campers will learn about important concepts of flight such the Coanda effect, Bernoulli’s principle, and four forces of flight. This camp culminates with launching 2-liter water rockets. Registration coming soon.

STEM Through History Day Camp

January 4

Campers learn about engineering from the lessons of the past. From DaVinci to Thomas Edison, Campers are inspired by the innovations of the past to recreate the future. Registration coming soon.

Robo Rangers Spring Break Camp

March 22 - 26

Mechanics, code, and strategy, this camp explores the main disciplines of robotic engineering. Campers in small groups will design and code a Lego robot to tackle a series of challenges on Lego robot game field. Registration coming soon.

Engineer It! Day Camp
