Volunteers Make A Difference - Become a Part of Our Family
Join the spirit of volunteerism at the Edison & Ford Winter Estates with more than 250 volunteers playing a critical role in the everyday operations. Estates volunteers assist with office support, exhibits,special events, information booth, retail, serve as docents and living history characters while many volunteers work in the Estates gardens and propagating nursery.
Each December, hundreds of volunteers, as well as businesses and organizations from the community assist with Edison & Ford Holiday Nights, decorating and hosting the Estates largest fundraiser. Estates volunteers are offered regular continuing educational programming and training along with tours at other historic sites and Special Events in appreciation for making a difference at the Estates by contributing their time, energy and talents to a variety of projects.
