Edison Ford has 12 PokéStops and Special Discounted Tickets for Pokémon Trainers
FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 20, 2016) – With 12 PokéStops and a gym, Edison & Ford Winter Estates is a hot bed for Pokémon players. So far, more than 60 different Pokémon have been captured and the number is growing every day.

"There are a ton of Pokémon at Edison Ford, and they are so easy to find," said Matt Dougherty, Edison Ford education intern.” "People will be surprised by how many rare Pokémon we have here!” 

Edison Ford is offering a unique ticket that allows Pokémon Go players to explore the historic riverside where the gym is located and the Pokémon are most active. On Monday, July 25 through Sunday, July 31, Pokémon players are invited to take advantage of this special offer. 

Pokémon players should purchase tickets at The Marina at Edison Ford (2360 W. First St, Fort Myers, FL 33901 -- in the lobby of Pinchers restaurant). Children under 12 can eat free at Pinchers at The Marina at Edison Ford.

Cost: $10 for adults (13 and over); $5 for children 12 and under. 

Note: This ticket will admit visitors to the river side of the estates only. It does not include a guided tour, an audio wand, or the museum and laboratory. Pokémon ticket holders will be able to upgrade their ticket across the street at the main entrance to see more of the site. 
Pokémon Go is a fast-growing mobile app with more than 20 million users. Players virtually capture, battle and train Pokémon, short for “pocket monsters.” The popular game was released in early July and set records due to its popularity. The game requires players to physically travel to real world locations and capture Pokémon.
